By downloading or using SlideX, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the SlideX mobile application ("App") developed by Willburs Software Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

3. In-App Purchases

SlideX offers optional in-app purchases including "SlideX Premium" which removes advertisements and provides additional features. All purchases are:

• Processed by Apple through the App Store
• Subject to Apple's Terms of Sale
• Non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• Restorable on the same Apple ID across devices

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

4. Advertisements

The free version of SlideX displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you consent to the display of these advertisements. Premium users do not see advertisements.

5. User Content

SlideX does not allow users to submit or share content publicly. The hero name you enter is stored locally on your device only.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App including but not limited to graphics, game mechanics, sound, music, text, and code is the property of Willburs Software Solutions and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Emoji graphics are provided by Apple and are subject to Apple's usage terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Willburs Software Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of game progress or data.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
